MOBILITY COORDINATOR
After a training period, you will coordinate the geographic mobility support services for the French or foreign employees of our clients. This entails: Analysing the client company’s needs, its mobility policy, and confirmation of the desired services. Analysing the client company’s needs, its mobility policy, and confirmation of the desired services. Establishing the requirements of the transferred employee (budget, location, family composition, etc.), advising employees and their families. Preparing and following up employee administrative documents. Coordinating external contributors according to the planned services: follow-up of removal experts, consultants dedicated to the search for accommodation and help with settling in (signing of the lease, connection of meters, opening of bank accounts, search for schools), awareness of the new environment and cost optimisation. Customer relations and reporting. Relation avec les clients et reporting. This is an office-based position, the relationship with customers (companies and employees) is conducted by mail and telephone only. Travel in the field is done by external service providers. Mobility can be national or international. |
